Tufco Technologies is looking for a Cost Accountant II in their Green Bay location.  This position is responsible for the preparation of moderately complex cost audits and reports.  They will also analyze cost records and determine distribution of costs across the organization.  The individual should posses the ability to recommend improvements to the current cost accounting processes.  Previous experience preparing pricing estimates for existing and new customer is strongly preferred.  This individual will be required to understand all aspects of the business from budgeting and fixed assets to month end close.  Previous experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment is a plus.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 – 5 years in a experience in manufacturing setting.  The ideal candidate will also posses excellent problem solving skills and multitasking ability.  We are seeking a candidate with moderate experience in all aspects of cost accounting who is highly motivated with a desire to grow their career.

Tufco Technologies is looking for a Wet Process Technician in their Green Bay location.  This position is the Champion of all Batch System and Quality Assurance testing (Track, analyze and report on materials, processes and products) of the manufacturing process as to ensure they meet the Tufco or customer’s quality standards.  They also ensure that machines don’t have to shut down due to lotion related issues.  The Wet Process Tech uses a variety of wet chemistry, analytical and precision measuring instruments.  Approximate allocation of time is 60% toward the batch-making and sanitization processes and 40% for lab specific testing.  Decision-making regarding the results is also part of the everyday routine of the Wet Process Technician.

The ideal candidate will have chemical experience in a manufacturing setting.

Quality Assurance Process Leader

Tufco Technologies is looking for a Quality Assurance Process Leader in their Green Bay location.  This position effectively manages the processes/projects to Customer and Company standards.  They use quality techniques to track, analyze and report on materials, processes and products to ensure all quality standards are met.  They also ensure that the duties performed and the decisions that are made are in total accordance with quality specifications and product/material requirements.

This position prefers an Associate Degree or BS in Chemistry or related field.  They must also have a minimum of 2 years experience in a quality role and lab environment.   In addition, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
